What are some projects for beginners?

Hello, I want to make websites and am currently learning PHP. I finished HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; but knowing me I gonna forget them. So I wanted to start doing some project, of course for a portfolio, practice, and so I don't forget them. What are some project I could try as a beginner?
