what exactly is turtle a package or framework or module ?

Nope, it won't go here.
Turtle lets you draw the primitives by walking the "turtle" around and let it draw (or not) with its tail. It accepts commands like "turn right/left", "go a distance of" and so on.

But SoloLearn's Code Playground does not support it (or any other GUI for that matter).
