How to make windows software using c#

Steps for making a software in c# please help me from scratch.

Download Visual Studio and follow a few youtube tutorials.

1 - learn how to use visual studio IDE or some other ide's
2 - learn C# . try to watch some tutorials on youtube or any other platform such as udemy . lynda . udacity ....
3 - if you want to make windows apps that interact with databases . learn (SQL ) . then learn how to use C# with sql server.

It's a software for a garment shop which sells fabric as well as gives ready made cloths as rent.. So I am supposed to make a software for that shop.
