4. Follow 4 follow.
5. Be active.
6. And maybe a good anime character 😂
Don't demand just make them to follow you I.e., earn . and be patient.

Sorry, but don't you think it will be better if he/she learns the proper use of tags from the start? After all, many still don't know this and its kind of annoying...
