1. How can i redirect my html code by not using url?
2. does css and js work in notepad for pc?

2. Yes they do.
Yoy can create CSS & JS files but nit run them.
Or you can add CSS and JS as internal CSS JS

url is address where to redirect. how do you want to redirect without address?
css and js working in your browser not in notepad or other editor

yes but i mean my teacher asks me to find a way out to redirect my other html without using internet cus our internet in school is broken

Notepad just creates textfiles right?
It's notepad++ that makes and runs codes!

yea notepad just makes basic html
but idk yet with notepad++ so this is why i am asking questions
