What can python do?

I am new to programming so I looked on the web and most sites and videos say python is one of the best first languages but what can I use it for. in grade 11 I made my first video game so I know about the if and else but what else can it do besides making games?

well you have made a game in 11 grade shouldn't you be able to look it up? Machine learning is great area of use, python just recently beat R in popularity.
