Why I lost 1000 xp

Question

I was at level 6 and last day I lost my 1000 xp and my notifications too (I won the challenges) and reached level five
I had 2000 xp and now it is 1000
with some important notifications gone

it's a known issue about seeing notifications from the time you joined (many people, including me are having the same issue )
about the XP lost must be related to that.
