you could host them elsewhere. like a free webhost company or something and link them in your code

Avatars, mobile:
Tap on your profile picture, currently the violet-like "EY" over on the right.
You should land on your main display with Activities selected.
Tap on the three vertical dots (upper right, menu) and choose Settings
Choose Edit Profile, then tap the picture in the middle: "Change Avatar"
Finish that (don't remember exactly), and remember to [Save]

Otherwise, @Jay's comment applies (there's nowhere to upload anything like pictures). You'd need to retrieve these from the Internet / your own shares.
