Hi guys , I would like to know how many hours per day do I need to improve my programming skills

I think you need about 2-3 hours for challenges, coding and learning

It varies from person to person. Some days you may only do 10 minutes, other days (if you're like me) maybe 10 hours! In general, when you start getting frustrated, take a short break and walk away from the computer. Nothing will jeopardize your learning more than unmanaged frustration. Over time you will learn what works best for you.
