Any topics to conduct a successful workshop?

Hey guys so my principal has ordered me to conduct a 1day workshop in the college which must be fun to learn so that i can engage students into the topic without getting them bored..previously i conducted a workshop on hacking and stuff and it was a success so now i cant decide which topic i should pass on to students...so your valuable suggestions are welcomed...(i am the main orator and i have a team of 3 members who r ready to do different topics )...thank you :)

If you could make something about VR development and some kind of showcase of it, would be really interesting and engaging, worked for me at college couple months ago
