Is Python better than PHP?

I don't have facts but I have this feeling that PHP is slowly falling back. I think Python is the future for web developers

You don't have facts but you have a feeling. So, what it feels like? Does everyone has a feeling of PHP ? Or it's like a super power?

PHP is definitely faster in terms of performances, it doesn't mean that "PHP is better than Python", because there is not a language better than the others.

I prefer PHP, it is still a strong (the best in terms of documentation, community and tutorials) solution for web development, but feel free to use whatever you think is more suitable to your project.

@sbusiso Some languages are better designed than others thus allowing development of better applications. Your argument holds little weight in this discussion.
