So, I'm still confused and have not mastered all of php and mysql html and Javascript when they were interconnected so if I learn automatically have to learn html php, mysql, and Javascript to create a website

yes you can do that but if u code with html user can view your code and moreover your webpage will be a static page whereas php creates dynamic webpages easily connected with database

Probably! You can create an website without php but you can't store data's of other users without php. :)
