Is it possible to link a email address in html code so that whatever entered in that page should reflect in inbox !!

Not with only html: email send through only html must be manually validated by user (html can open a prefilled email, but user need to send it).

The only way to send email without user interaction is to use JS to send data to server through an AJAX call (asynchronious http request), and handle them on server side (so send anything via email if you want)...
