What better way to publish applications in C#?

Finished a project in C#, using Visual Studio, how to assign to other machines

What is it and how many machines are you trying to install it on? If you're dealing with a lot of computers, and they're interconnected via a server, then you can easily push an install to all of the machines that you control. If you mean publishing it publicly to everyone, then you'll go about it differently of course, and it'll depend a lot upon what it is / what you're willing to do to market it.
