Every language was created to suit better the certain type of problem-solving tasks over another. You have to be more specific to get a more productive answer.

There isn't a "better programming language". You just have different ways to solve a problem. Of course than some programming languages can have advantages against others but depends of the programmer decide which programming language could solve better and faster the problem based on his own knowledge and language domain. For example, I can solve a problem with C# and Python but I'll develop a bit slower with Python because I'm not familiarized with his sintax.
