Use Bracket, Atom or Visual studio code and also sublime text editor is best but it's a kind of premium thing.

i think you can not practice these languages in the same softwere. you can use notpad of your PC for html,Netbeans for JS and other languages has their own platforms according them.

I think Dreamweaver is good for HTML, CSS, js. code
