why have i not received the epic badge?

Question

If you go to my activity feed and find the draw 8 days ago with gajala parbeen (4:4) and count the wins down from that, there are exactly 50 wins with HTML until a draw with rayane danyl (5:5). You can see for yourself that all 50 wins are there and accounted for and are all HTML so I didn't change weapon.

I have contacted support multiple times even with screenshots including the draw that ended my streak but get responses such as "Our system automatically counts the streaks, so there is no human error"

@110000 maybe the same bug affected you 😯 rematches were the problem in Matt's case. Good thing you got the badge, congrats as well 😊👍

support got back to me and said my win streak was at 44. It may be something due to rematches. challenging the same opponent twice in a row may only count as one win now. if that is the case, i wouldve liked to see that rule in the fine print before i wasted so much time rematching people.

@Pegasus with all the posts and emails i sent it should be called the super epic badge or something... just keep emailing them if they counted yours wrong too
