which language should I learn before starting to learn machine learning, artificial intelligence and natural language processing? And from where can I learn that language and where can I find tutorials on ml, AI and nlp?

I don't know well about ai and machine learning since i am intermediate also the languages in CLI common language interface might work good and easy to learn ai coding this includes c#,c++,C you might try research a bit before start
