How to fix the spelling errors in our quiz submissions?

I have recently submitted several quizes. One of them contains minir errors. I have forgotten to insert blank spaces between the words, so the words will be printed adjacently. Can I hope tgat the people responsible for reviewing the quiz will fix these errors? Can I fix it myself?
