Actually I wanted to know if a raspberry pi os(it version of Windows 10) work with me i3 architecture or x86 , On my pc as live doston usbthumdrive??

No, this shouldn't work as the raspberry pi architecture (ARM) is different from x86.
You could try running it on a hardware emulator, like QEMU.

yeah, you are right jared that a iot os is built for an ARM architecture so , can install the windows iot version on a smart phone as a custom ROM , because smart phones are too made with the ARM architecture?
