can we use 64bit in the line'Convert.toint64?

my computer runs on 64 bit ..
can we use it in the convert line

we use 32 bit and 64 bit according to number size means if your number greater than 2^32 than you must use 64 because in 32 bit u can't store number which is greater than 2^32
