I think you're asking for an IDE, and not just a compiler. Check out Eclipse but another idea might be to dual boot Linux, install Vim/Vi, and use gcc/g++. Thats a boss move. haha
Eclipse also avail in Linux.
Heads up though. You might find yourself lost in a chair at 3am with a blinking cursor in front of you and with the only light on in your city/town.
