[HTML] why ?
why when I see some codes, there is some programmers create a html code without the structure <html> <head> ... </head> <body> ... </body> </html> ... just.... why ? is it better ?

That's an option. you can include the entire structure or just the element, code editor still can display it.
#Now i know why you ask me to include viewport meta tag in my form code, you're not clear about this 😁

même pour mettre le body faut mettre le html. et la structure pour que ca marche cedt ca donc...
