No, SoloLearn doesn't offer any lessons on Visual Basic. If you'd like to suggest it, there's a Feedback option in the main menu. Tap the … in the top-right.

No at all: no course about it, and no support in playground (VBScript was only supported in Microsoft Internet Explorer, and seems to no more be supported in Edge ^^)
