If it is a strict requirement, I'd go for C# - you can build mobile apps with Xamarin and desktop video games with Unity.
Or another option - JavaScript and React.js - for both mobile and desktop apps.

But perhaps it's best to focus on one thing and learn its native language enough to master it?
