Now that ive installed linode and secured it how do i actually use it ....plz help

I tried installing apache but when I restart it it tells me about error codes exiting codes and it won't restart so what I need to understand is what should I do cause I also tried uninstalling it still its like its stuck there will that error ...when I use the command for uninstalling it says done but when I try to reconfigure it it redirects me to the same message (error)
I also looked it up seems like I'm not the only one with that problem

I'm installing lamp stack on Ubuntu 16.4 using tasksel my SQL is good but apache2 won't budge
