You have to find it yourself the best one.. I swear to you no one can answer your question.. It depends on your approach to particular problems, decision making skills, ,how you think about the syntax, etc,,,,Python is easy but it has its own limits. same goes for all programming languages.. You have internet,, Google and learn about languages.and choose the one your mind says

well said Andrea. You can choose it your self. I love PHP, but it has limitation like you cannot do client side unless use ajax and JavaScript. I will approach you to learn nodejs it is in JavaScript. And it can do both client and server side ultra fast and may be this is future of web programing.

Well there is no best since they have their special usecases but in general you could say for web technologies: html, css, js and php.
for programming I would recommend a higher programming language that is object orientated meaning Java or C#.
For microship development you will need a language like C. <-- This is hard though because it is close to mashine language meaning lesser english words and harder to understand, read and maintain the code.
