How can I get Respected Citizen, Contributor, and Comment Master Badges ?

I have many comments and replies that have more than 5 Upvotes each and don't get these badges? why?
Or in another phrase Is there another criteria to getting them
..

you have to comment and reply on lesson and quizzes and get 5 upvote on that to get badges

yeah comment on codes not give any badge
