Project: Job Database by city, would love a partner to help.

Question

I have found it so difficult to job search, not just as a developer, but even when I was fresh out of high school looking for a fast food job, there are no good options. Even snagajob only has the jobs that are posted to the site. My newest project is experimental and my goal is the entire city of Detroit. My task is simple, I simply want to create a database of businesses and whether or not they're hiring. My problems always been any site I've tried is not comprehensive. I want every Dr and Popsicle stand.
