May we have a chance to reverse declined chalenges?

Question

I for one have never meant to turn down a challenge.
Tonight I did on accident and as a man of principle, it pained me that I could not re-accept the challenge.
To prohibit such accidents in the future, may we have a secondary prompt asking, "Are you sure you wish to decine the challenge?"
