What language to practice most for CIS degree?

I'm wondering what language I should practice/learn most for a future in computer information systems? I'm looking at focusing on Cyber security or network management.

Usually cyber security degree is heavily focused on networking and you take a few programming classes of your choice.

you have to start from somewhere that's it. Once you learn "programming" you will be able to learn other language in short period of time. it's no big deal.
you have already started learning java & python. i would advice you to take some time do your research & choose one of them & continue learning that language till you know how to really program.
