Why is the option "Play" not available on PC?

"Code Playground" for example is available on both Cell and PC, why this is not the case for "Play" where we can challenge each other? Or I'm just missing it?

Sololearn don't have challenges in website, it only available on cell app

I'm using the application on my cell, and the site on my desktop (Windows 7)
It doesn't look the app is available for computers.
Can you confirm?
