Unicode error?

Question

i'm creating an advanced login page, in which it requires to compare the users credentials to a username and password written onto a text file. but for some reason i keep getting a unicode error on lines 49 to 50 when i try to open the file, could someone tell me what i'm doing wrong here?

The issue is with the string, you either need to duplicate all backslashes, or prefix the string with r (to produce a raw string).
