Which programming language should a new programmer to star first ??

a new programmer has no more idea of coding and therefore he has not so much logic. if I am new in programming field, then I must start programming with Python and then Java script,
because these two languages need less or only basic knowledge of programming.

If he is a new programmer and has no idea of coding maybe he should start from HTML.

Disagree. Hidding information from the student is definitely not a good way to start.
I recommend you to study C or Java first. A non typed programming language like Ruby or Python may not be suitable for beginners. My advice to you: take some algorithm classes first.
There you'll get all the basics and elementary knowledge you need to clearly understand the programming logic

I learnt basics of c and c++ in my b.tech course. so I want to start coding in python first . please suggest me which language is on demand so that I can get a job in a very less time.
