As Luka mentioned, go to that link and you'll be in the learning area of Unity. Honestly, I recommend reading ALL of the documentation AND go through ALL of their tutorials. Unity has a very good learning section, and there is a lot of resources to learn with directly from their website.

By the time you get through all of their documentation and tutorials, you'll be in a position to get started with making something and learning more. They have a lot of complete projects that they let you use as tutorials.
