What the hardest thing you find it in c++?

everyone afried of c++ for some reseons. if you have one.. what is it? for me it was pointers.

i am c++ programmer and i found out it very suite ! especially when you work with Qt !
and for me was pointer too !
but i'm already in love with pointer !

yeah im c++ porgrammer too for nearly 5 years but i want to see for learners what is the hardest thing they encounter with.

I'm not really afraid of C++, I just estimate that unless you want to do some optimized stuff, Java and C# are good enough and simpler to manipulate (you don't have to deal with malloc or pointers).
