What do you think of the software called "Scratch"?

Should we consider making programs in "Scratch" as coding? What are your thoughts?

Edit: All right, my bad. I should have said just coding, not real coding.

Scratch is educational, not real coding. Scratch is only for people who don't know about coding at all. I don't recommend using scratch for creating real programs.
