How to get the value of the selected radio button

when radio button is checked it should have 3 dropdown list with the names cars,bikes, 6 wheelers

i mean when i click on click me radio button i should get the three fields of dropdown in one filed named as cars and it contains list of carnames in dropdown list and another as bikes and it contains list of bike names

in your code when u click on click me it contains only one drop down but i need three drop downs like that and before the dropdown box it should contain their names
