Any advices about what specific languege i have to study in order to build my website

I want to build a magazine website . Where i can publish daily news(texts . img . vid ) . And get comments from users .with a motor reserche that can find articles by their title .

CSS: Design
PHP: Files
JS: Interaction
JQuery: Goes with JS, not sure what it’s for.

HTML ( all the elements you want in the website), CSS (style the website),JS (form validation), SQL (to make database queries such as finding articles by title ,PHP (A link between the user's input and the database/background processes)

I agree with MinatoOkazaki, but would ultimately go with a CMS server/service. You don’t need to reinvent the wheel, but you do want something easy to manage and customizable (e.g. Dupral, Wordpress...)
