What is the easiest programming language to learn?

It really depends on if you're more of an event driven or object oriented programmer. How do you process and understand information? Are you more logical or creative?

Side note: HTML/HTML5 is markup and not really considered a programming language. Similiarly, although not mentioned: CSS is a stylesheet.
