Best dashboard framework in python

Question

I want to develop some dashboards in Python and I would like to know your opinion which framing work I should learn. I want something that have some interaction, simple user access control and of course for free.

answering my own question, I started analyzing bokeh and plot.ly and I am not sure that they are ready free. not sure mathplotlib can be interactive. I understand probably I will need some other tool to provide Access Control and probably I will need web framework like flasky
