What is Bootstrap & what is the use of Bootstrap ???

Is bootstrap used only to make a website responsive or it has some other jobs too ?

I will say that Bootstrap is almost like a UI platform, not only a technology, or a fw. Better read the official documentation ;)

So its basically a css file..... but how to find name of the class i need .??? by opening its url i get the code by that codes are out of my understanding.....they are soooo undidy...so any specific rules for that ??
