What is the most efficient way to learn Python?

I'd like to expedite my learning of Python. For experienced coders, if you could change (or do) something that would have helped you learn faster, what would it be?

for motivation i would buy a microcontroller and do micropython.
I would offer to teach python with no way out
(adjust it to your opportunities eg projext in school.
Teaching is best way for learning)
i would buy the book python tricks
