It depends on what you what to use programming for, or what field you'll like to get in.
If you just want to learn to program as a hobby, I would say you should go for 'Python' since its beginner friendly.
Else, just to go through briefly, but take note that this isn't comprehensive enough, so you could go do your findings.
So here : Data Science,AI - Python, R( SoloLearn doesn't support it)
Game development - C#
App development - Java, Kotlin, Swift, C#
Front end web development - HTML and CSS, JavaScript
Back end web development - PHP, SQL,Ruby,Python
Robotics - C/C++/Java
disclaimer, this isn't all the fields in programming and some languages overlap in some other fields.

start with html CSS, learning is easy , then pick programming concepts from JavaScript , later on you can easily choose from java , cSharp, c++ etc.

note that this direction leads to front design or web developer, if it's something else you want to be then there will be different direction
