If you mean IDE or integrated development environment I like sublime and notepad++
GUI graphic user interface library, as WX widgets WXpython is good, QT pyQT very slick interface.
Keep in mind what version of Python you are using however as on 2.7 there are many GUIs available
not so much on 3.5...

MS Visual Studio has good Python IDE too.
