Why the opponent gets the tie breaker question?

whenever i give the challenge to anyone and if it's tie they get tie breaker questions which most of the time they answer correctly because of which lose the game and xp also gets reduce.
either in a tie game both the players should be awarded equal points or their should not be any tie breaker question.......

lolz you are the one challenging them... they could have easily declined the challenge, but they were courteous and brave enough to accept. so, they deserve to get the tiebreaker, and the win if they get the answer right.
