what is the best programming to make games ? And apps ? For a begginer guys

I am using Unreal Engine 4 as I find everything a lot more customizable than when I used Unity, plus I have been told/read about C# being slower than C++ and that C# is more of an application language than a game development one.

Definitely Unity as Vulkan said. It's free to use but has edles possibilites, much Power and countless Tutorials in the Web.

I use Unity too, and there are some great tutorials and it has a very great community. Though you have to be careful beginning too early too big.
