HTML and CSS are not programming language...... plus I don't think any programming language is easy....
it requires consistency!

In every language basics may be easy but going deeper and doing cool stuf its always hard. I sugest you go with java cause you can find a lot of info and tutorials!

i know HTML nd CSS are mark-up nd structure language but thier functions and tags are easy to use and remember
