Yes. You can use X-code in Virtual Machine. You can use VM-ware or Virtual Box to install Mac OS X and install swift inside it.

Also it is open source, so basically yes. However, they not support Windows yet.

You can run swift in window by downloading element Rem Object Silver. Just google it. Before then u need to install Visual Studio Community 2015 Edition. Just google it also to have it, it is yours.

Why not install hackintosh and run xcode on it. This is what i did with my laptop and it works like a real mac.

install mac in sapret partition it save your ram and boosting performance and u can use both Windows and mac alternately..

If you have Visual Studio installed then you can use the RemObjects Silver to compile, run and debug Swift code. Just download and install Silver from their website elementscompiler.com/elements/silver. It comes with full support for .NET and it's free!

In IBM Bluemix ,There are bugs.Its a beta version and runs on browser only.That is not effective to run Swift.And on VMware if your system sustain the load then please go for it.I was dealing with the same problem before.
