How to enter data in sololearn localhost for a php program?

Question

I have written a php program mixed with html which perfectly works in my pc localhost but it doesn't work in sololearn.

I think sending information from an html form to my php code is causing the problem. So, please let me know if there is another way to ask for user input such that it works in sololearn too.
